The Live DVD is still in the editing process. The proposed end of February release is not going to happen like the band hoped but they will update everyone with a firm date once the editing is done. In fact, Myles himself will be heading to New York City early next week to see how things are progressing. After that, Myles will catch a plane to Orlando to have a good solid week and a half of writing Alter Bridge III (working title) with Mark until they leave for Texas for the acoustic shows.
